Returns & Refunds
Graded Cards (PSA, CGC, BGS)
All graded card sales are final. Every slab's certification number is listed so you can verify it with the grading company before buying. If you receive the wrong slab (cert doesn't match the listing), contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — full refund or replacement.
Sealed Product
All sealed product sales are final, per collectible industry standard.
Supplies
Unopened supplies: returnable within 30 days.
Damaged in Transit
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll handle the carrier claim and resolve it for you.
